I'll give you one star for effort
This really doesn't belong on Newgrounds and it's submissions like this that damage its reputation. The animation is alright, but what's the point of the video? I suggest that for your next submission you come up with a storyline.

Could use a little work.
I would like to start by offering some praise for this video before I get to the criticism. The animation is fairly decent especially if this is one of your first submissions, however the storyline not so much. It doesn't really make any sense that a man having his hand cut off causes the world to end. Perhaps if you can come up with a better story it could work better.
to be hhonest this was never meant as a flash that i was going to submit, it was for some collab that never happened so i thought i'll submit it and see what happens, i know its really not any good.
Decent Enough
Your animation skills are passable and you show promise but the humor in this video is lackluster at best and it seems to me that it's just a rip off of Dumbass Luigi by Orangefoot. My suggestions are keep on working on sprite animation because you are pretty good at it and come up with more original ideas.
I like to animate sometimes but my real passion is video games and wiring! (not like in a house) I wont post much but i am on here allot! :3
